Best Graphic Novels For Kids

Everyone enjoys some light reading during the summer and that includes even our younger readers. Graphic novels are the perfect way to to read and relax on the beach, by the pool, or in the back seat of the family minivan as you travel. When we were young we didn't have the option of graphic novels but instead had to choose between books and comics, but today we do not need to make that choice because we have graphic novels. Graphic novels are simply stories that are told in pictures. They can look much like the traditional comic book but they might also be pictures and artwork. These are full stories with a beginning, middle and end unlike the serialized stories found in comics. Read more at www.squidoo.com
