How do you define success?

We all define success in different ways. For some of us to find happiness is to be successful and for others it is measured in monetary or professional goals. Perhaps the more important question is how do you achieve success? I believe quite strongly that you do not find success but instead you must make success. We have power over our lives especially when it comes to setting goals and achieving goals. What do you believe? How do you find success?
